The Secretary of State of Arizona asked for proof of Obama’s place of birth. But he did not ask for proof of Romney’s place of birth. We have only Romney’s claim that he was born in Michigan. He has not shown his birth certificate. If it really is the job of the Secretary of State of Arizona to vet the birthplace of candidates for president, he should vet all candidates. Doesn’t he know that if it was possible for Obama to have been born outside the USA, it is equally possible for Romney to have been born outside of the USA.

Yet, the Secretary of State of Arizona has not even asked to see Romney’s birth certificate, much less ask Michigan to confirm the facts on it.
